What data we collect and why

When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and payment details. We use this to process and deliver your order, and to keep you informed about its status. The legal basis is the performance of a contract.

When you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address to send you news, product updates and offers. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any of our emails.

When you browse our website, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and browsing behaviour through cookies and similar technologies. We use this to keep the site running correctly and to understand how it is used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the third parties necessary to run our store:

Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf. Shopify may store and process data outside the European Economic Area. This is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe) to handle transactions securely. We never store your full card details.

Shipping carriers to deliver your order.

Klaviyo Inc., our email marketing platform, if you have subscribed to our mailing list.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for 10 years in accordance with Spanish tax and accounting law. Email marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data collected via cookies is kept according to the retention period of each cookie.

Your rights

Under the RGPD you have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
